This hop-scented presentation begins with the oldest archaeological and historical traces of beer in the world. It then turns to the history of brewers and breweries in Alsace, with a focus on Strasbourg. From the Middle Ages to the 19th century, the century of great advances, things have changed a lot. Finally, we take a look at brewing in Alsace today.
